Crew members are personally selected and prospective applicants carefully screened to verify their experience, fitness and comprehension of english or other language required by the owners or managers. Our office is manned with experienced Master Mariners and Engineers who have worked on different flagged vessels and are well aware of the demands and ways in which world wide owners and operators work. You can rest assured that the seagoing personnel, officers and ratings offered to you by our Company will be well qualified, well trained, competent, reliable, and are very keen work on your vessels.

* We conduct pre-employment medical examinations, which will ensure that all our crew are fit for service.
* All of our candidates are subject to an alchool and drug tests.
* All our crew are holders of Certificates in compliance with I.M.O,S.T.C.W-95 and Amendaments, and every one is fully familiarized with I.S.M code and I.S.P.S code.
* Technical and English tests are required of all crew members.
* All candidates must have positive references from previous employements.

Before a new name can be added to our data base the seafarers qualifications and experience are verified and cross-referenced with past employers, government agencies and other pertinent government organizations. Additionaly the seafarer's professional attitude and behavior is assessed through our personal interview.

Also we can arrange the following:

- the medical examination and any other medical fitness certificates - the legalization of documents from the Romanian Naval Authority,Embassies/Consulates,Labour Ministry etc.
- the preparing of visa for any country
- the arranging all formalities for departure.
